THE SMACK DOCK. Taken from the furthest point along the plank, which is an extension of the walkway. Looking back towards CYC over the dinghy rack. I'm flattered to be able to tell you that Alan Coleman the doyen of local artists created a warm glow, when he used this picture as a model (albeit with modification) for his recent wonderful painting The SMACK DOCK.
